The recent edition of Première Vision Paris, of 13-15 February 2018, proposed a color range for the Spring/Summer 2019 wider than the previous trends of Spring/Summer 2018.
The 26 colors presented during the event are inspired by the world of Nature.
The Trend Area has been set up in a luminous space inside an imaginary and green garden in which, through films, fabrics and colors, a contagious optimism blossoms.
The development of an “eco-awareness” and the search for the creation of a new beauty come together in a Hybrid Nature: the colors become rustling, release a delicate energy, the lines are fluid and unfamiliar spaces are experienced.
The Première Vision Paris color chart for Spring/Summer 2019 is predominantly in medium saturation colors. Few vibrant tones, contrasted by very dark and deep shades that give a sense of heaviness to the whole range.
The color proposals of the collection are distinguished by their freshness: even the warm colors have mostly a cold secondary component. From lighter to darker colors, the shades of orange, red, purple and brown are the most numerous, while a fair variety of green encroach in shades of blue and yellow.
A subtle play of contrasts between complementary shades of earth and vegetation.
Looking at the Première Vision Paris color chart can be identified four categories:
- Vibrant Colors: fluorescent orange, bubble-gum pink and emerald green.
- Soft Colors: beige sand, peach pink, lilac iris.
- Medium-saturated Colors: strawberry red, sage green, brick orange.
- Deep Colors: dark brown, purple aubergine, peacock blue and navy.
Some videos screened during the exhibition show a series of color combinations, divided into four categories: Man, Casual, Sport, Woman.
